I am a native New Yorker who, due to spousal migration, relocated to Los Angeles for nearly a decade. With the speed and force of my husband’s weekly jet stream commute, I write to fashion the multi-colored fragments of my transcontinental life into a singular mosaic by observing how quotidian events become extraordinary when stretched to fit a  bi-coastal viewfinder.
